I ordered my products on June 6, 2017 and was charged for shipping and handling that day. I was aware there was a 14 day trial period that started the day I received the products.

When I checked my bank acct Sunday evening I noted a charge of $86.95 for the eye cream. I received the products on the 8th of June. 14 days starting on the 8th calculates out to June 14. I immediately called Bellacelle at 11pm last night.

Although They claim to be open 24/7 I waited on the line for 30min last night and gave up with resolve to call them Mon am. I was speaking with a rep within 30 seconds this am. They would not refund the pending charge of $86.95. The 14 days started when I placed my order.

That was in the "fine print" which required a microscope to see. Thank goodness my bank rejected the 2nd charge for the skin cream as the 1st charge over drew my acct.

The rep was rude and cancelled out my account, but would not reverse the charge. Too bad a company has to resort to misleading material to make a buck!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

What is the number to call and cancel?

The phone number is (888) 616-**** - or look on the package. I called the number on the eye cream and waited 52 minutes.

Their actual website is https://www.bellacelleskin.com/ but they have numerous websites - this website I found through the Better Business Bureau and is the only place you can find their terms and conditions in writing. The customer service rep was actually very nice compared to the first time I called to try to cancel. Per the Terms and conditions - if you cancel within the 14 days (13 days to be safe) there are no further charges. They do not take returns and there are no charges to stop the automatic payments.

The first time I called the lady wanted me to pay $9.95 per item to cancel the autoship and then pay to send the items back. Good Luck!
