Scam

SCAM... sent away for the sample and now have recurring payments for something I don't want. I called them to cancel and the girl was very rude and threatening. I called my bank to report a scam and to stop payments. DONT SEND AWAY FOR THE SAMPLES UNLESS YOU SEE THE RECURRING PAYMENT SECTION. The product I sent away for the sample wasn't even what I wanted. It is just a eye cream you can get at any drug store. I've learned my lesson. Bellacelle eye cream free trial: Bellacelle skin serum: SCAM. SCAMSCAM .SCAM SCAM.SCAMSCAM.SCAM SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. Deceitful return policy

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I received skin serum and eye cream on May 4th. I tried the product for two days and rashes appeared. On the 6th, I decided to call to cancel the 14 day trial and return the product. The return policy on the website states that one must call and get a return merchandise authorization no. at LEAST 1 day before the 14 day trial before recurring charges to the credit card of $89.00 are imposed. I called and was told there was an early cancellation fee of 9.95 for each product. I stated that no where on the website does it state that there is an early cancellation fee and that I was calling before the 14 day trial period. The customer service representative tried pressuring me to try the product and call 1 day before the 14 day trial. I stated that I wanted to cancel and then report to the consumer protection agency of my state, then her tone changed! She put me on hold and came back to say she was waiving the early cancellation fee and that I did not have to return the product. I got her name and employee number just in case. Unfair trade practices, beware and enforce your consumer rights!

Deceptive Marketing

On April 1, 2017 I purchased the trial eye cream for 5.95 and the skin face cream for 4.95 online. I i received it after April 15 which was the date my credit card was charged 86.95 and 84.95. I didn't think the product worked. May 15 my card was chatged 95.96 and 92.95. I realized that this was a autoship/auto charge scam. I'm sure I read the fine print and it stated that you only paid for shipping on the trials. I called cust service # and spoke to a rep who finally would only refund 75%of the second charge and cancelled my auto shipping. This was after I mentioned the Attorney General. Regardless. the price is outrageous for .5 oz which doesn't even work. The original receipt from the trial offer did not mention auto shipping or the original price. I will call my cc company and take furthet action as necessary.

This is a scam - avoid the company!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I did not signed up for subscription service for Bellacelle Skin Serum and I was charged 89.95 on my credit card. I called customer service and they said they could't find my order number, nor my zip code. Then they transferred me to another customer service who couldn't find the order in the system either. Then they transferred me to a third customer service representative who told me that I agreed, at the moment when I ordered the free trial, that there are no refunds or returns and finally cancelled my subscription. Their website http://bellacelle.net/ doesn't have a Customer Service or Contact section, which tells about their way of doing business. AVOID THIS COMPANY !

Scam

My mother has alzheimers. She misunderstood the terms and conditions and actually did not want or remember she purchased the product due to her mental condition.

. i tried to cancel the order and they refused to assist me and charged my mothers account for two products at $89.95 each. I called when i realized which was one day after the cancellation period and they were rude and unwilling to help even after i explained her mental status. this is geriatric abuse!

the lady hung up the phone on me and was outright rude!!! i am appalled by the way they spoke to me.

im sure they were nice and friendly when they tried to sell the product. i simply wanted to return the product and they provided me with no options even in the sensitive situation that i am in with my mother s health

The same thing happened to me. A legit company offers a return/refund policy.

This is totally a scam. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I was informed, however, that I am the only complaint thus far and they will not do anything to investigate this company until they receive other complaints indicating that there is a problem. Go to ftc.gov and share your experience.

They will give you a file #. If they a receive enough complaints they will investigate if this company is operating legitimately or not.

I called for the free samples and was charged two eighty dollar debits from my bank. I called the police, the bank, and the company. The company tried to tell me they were returnnng the money, then they would rebill my account agin for the whole amount. This went on for several days, returning the money and recharging again. My bank stopped the charges, but the kept hitting my account. Bee closed the account and I reported them to the police.

Don't Fall for the Bellacelle Scam!

In April, 2017, I watched a video and ordered FREE samples at the end of the video. All I had to do was give them a card number to pay for shipping and handling. I was completely unaware that I had to return the product within 14 days of their shipping (note - not 14 days of my receiving the product) the product. I am pretty careful about this type of thing, and I never would have agreed to the shipment had I been fully aware of the details. Next, the company charged my credit card for two $80 dollar charges!!! This was completely unexpected! There was no paperwork with the package to warn about the timeline. This caused an overcharge on my credit card. They refused to refund my money even though a customer service rep. acknowledged that the "fine print" is difficult for people to see and understand. They did send me more product for free. Sadly, the product isn't that great. I guess scamming is their way of getting buyers!

Beware the $4.95 sample offer for Bellacelle

I took the bait on Facebook because of the Shark Tank endorsement. I thought I was getting a $4.95 sample of Age-Defying Skin Serum. When I checked out it auto generated a double sample for $10.50 that included some eye-cream before I could opt out. I thought oh well, they got me for $10, but I got my two samples. I got the product within a few days and it is okay but didn't do anything like the infomercial (duh).... Two weeks later I got a fraud notice from my credit card company that I've been charged $86.95 from the same company. I did not order more product and am now wondering if somehow the sample order had a hidden feature. The sample isn't worth it, even if you think you are just paying $5.

Here's a good way to *** those companies who are trying to *** with you. Buy a prepaid VISA card for the exact amount plus a few pennies.

The trick is they send the sample with you paying the shipping then it auto sends every month.

If they use that card they won't be able to collect the money and won't send you anything. LOL - they get pissed but can't do anything about it.

Acey Bjt

I expect you failed to really read what you were signing up for. Your probably had a time limit in which to cancel your "membership" or "subscription" or auto delivery or some such terminology.

Apparently, your bank caught the problem, having identified the company as being a problem with others. Keep a close eye on your charge account, however as they may try to charge you again in the future.

Bellacelle "FREE TRIAL" DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I ordered the "FREE TRIAL" for the Bellacelle Serum and Bellacelle Eye Cream on 03-31 and was billed for he shipping of $10.90. On 04-14 I was billed for the products $86.95 and $89.95. When I called Bellacelle they informed me this was only a 14 day trial and I had been signed up for the recurring shipments. Neither of these things were mentioned on the web site. They did remove me from the recurring shipments. Now that I have disputed the charges Bellacelle will not give me an address to return the products. This is all in addition to the fact that the produces don't work any better than I can buy at the drug store for $10.

Bellacelle - Cream Free Trial Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Wated to try this product and i had a terrible reaction to it , unfortunately I did not cancel in time and receive a second shipment which cost me 92.90 and 94.90. Called to see if i could get a refund towards my Credit Card, I'm so pissed because they say they can't do a refund which i know as a company they can. What they did offer was up to 75% off the product in the future WHY would that help if i can't use the product in the first place? I was willing to pay for the unopened box I received at the 75% discount but they can't do that either. Customer service was very rude and I was appalled at the lack of there help. I would appreciate a call from the higher beings to discuss this issue.

Don't buy this product! It's a scam!

They just want your money monthly! Quality is NOT good! The advertisement on the television is not how it actually works. I don't see the result and when we want to cancel, they kept offering stuffs, basically they just want monthly charges to us.

This is how they do the business. It's not respectable!

Bellacelle - SCAM ALERT

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I ordered the free trial and agreed to pay the $4.95 S&H. No where did it say anything about a recurring charge, subscription or anything of that nature. I called them when I saw the pending charge to my account, to close the account and stop the order from bring processed. They closed my account and stopped the order but said they COULD NOT REFUND or reverse the charge to my CC. Do not order or provide any form of payment info to this company. It is a total ripoff. I didn't even like the product. the results of using product was under whelming at best. Don't waste your money or time with these products.

I learned my lesson years ago. Get a pre-paid debit card with min amount on the card. They can't debit what isn't there!

Ha!! Girl, you got it going on!!

Never thought of that, it's brilliant.

Almost got caught up in that scam ( they all do it).

I happened to see something, after I ordered a "free trial", about having to cancel within 14 days, or you are on auto pay monthly. So I cancelled it, after going round&round with this ***, I finally told him I don't want it for 1/2 price. Or at all. So.

He finally cancelled it.

Ladies, remember to tell them you want a confirmation #, or documentation sent to you. You have proof, if that charge SHOWS up again.

When seeing these offers, write down the name, get off the site, Google this product, look for complaints/ comments.

Dr. Oz seems to be suspicious, as he seems to have represented 3-4 different skincare products, endorsed by celebs.

Funny thing is, when you look at each one of them, the same PICS are used. Brand is always a different name!!!

I had pretty much the same with this supposed trial. Truly a ripoff!

RECURRING PAYMENT!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I ordered just a bottle of eye serum and face serum to try and the following week I get two separate charges of 87 bucks a piece for this *** *** product which really screwed my account up!! I am hoping when I call them it won't be a problem, but I need this reversed right away!! There are more important things that deserve my attention than face cream and eye serum and I would be fine with it if I had realized that is what I had agreed to, but I do NOT recall agreeing to anything or than paying for shipping and handling for the two samples. I have not even had time to see if I like it enough to reorder or not!

I had the same problem. This is a scam, do not order from these people.

It was suppose to be a free trial, just pay shipping and handling.

Did not see anything about cancelling in 14 day and being charged for the "Free Trial". Do not deal with this company.

Bellacelle Skin Serum ripoff

I shouldn't have, but I fell for their Facebook ad, paid the $4.95 shipping and was charged $89.95 a few weeks later. They took advantage of small print and small screens. When I called, I was on hold forever, I can only think because numerous others are calling with the same issue. The rudest "customer service" rep I have ever, ever experienced refused to give me a refund, instead raising her voice -- amazing, isn't it? -- and telling me the company has a no-refund policy, but they will refund me 35%. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold again and then offered 75%. We'll see, but I will pursue it. Wishing to get rid of wrinkles to the point of believing a sales pitch is one thing. Meanwhile, their error is in being rude, downright deceptive and unethical.
