Cancellation

i never wanted to receive your product on a regular basis and returned the boxes that you sent to me. I won't pay the amount you billed. I asked for your trial and that was it. please remove me (as I've asked before) from your list; Karen Coleman POB 92 Sitka, Alaska 99835. I have notified the account you have been billing because I only paid for a one time shipping fee for a "free" trial. I should have known better because nothing is free. as I stated, please remove me immediately from your bellecelleskinserum list. I don't want to receive this product any longer. I wanted to try it once and it was not unlike many products that are advertised as a miracle and free. thank you for taking care of this and your prompt attention is appreciated.

Awful Customer Service When Canceling

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I signed up for the 30 day trial of Bellacelle Skin Serum and Age Defying Eye Cream. I received the products, tried them for 15 days and stopped when my skin became irritated and my eyes burned. A couple of weeks later I received another shipment of the products and charges to my credit card. I called Customer Service and spoke with a gentleman who tried to talk me out of canceling, but finally agreed to cancel my 'subscription' that I didn't sign up for. After 'canceling' I continued to receive shipments & charges to my credit card. I then sent an email to customer service requesting cancelation of further shipments. The next day I got an email back indicating that I must call to cancel... WHAT? I'd already called and they continued to send the products. So, again I called. I spoke with a nice young lady who reviewed my account and saw that I had canceled & she couldn't understand why I was still being billed. She said she'd transfer me to 'someone who could help figure it out', whose name was 'Ely'. I had to explain the situation again to him. He said there was no record that I had called to cancel (prior to today) and there was nothing he could do. I requested a refund for the two shipments I received that I didn't order. He said they don't refund money or accept returns. I replied that that was unacceptable, and I wanted a refund. He then got very aggressive and rude saying he wasn't going to refund my money when I'd never canceled (remember that the nice lady said she saw on my account notes that I'd canceled). I continued to insist that I had canceled and wanted my money back. He then accused me of 'changing my story' and he wasn't doing anything for me. At this point I just said that this was not the way to treat a customer and that I was just going to file a claim against them, to which he responded that I was throwing myself under the bus because my credit card company was just going to call them & they would tell them it was a fraudulent attempt to cancel the charges. I never even mentioned that I was going to call my credit card company, but said I would file a claim against them. Of course he said that wouldn't happen & I didn't have any proof of a claim and was just hurting myself. I again said I had the email to which he replied that the email was irrelevant because they don't accept cancelations via email. At this point, I said he was being very rude and that I was tired of him talking over me, calling me a liar and refusing to work with me and that this was no way to treat a customer. Goodbye. Five minutes later he called me back and offered me a 50% refund. I declined and said I wanted 100%. He said 'thats not going to happen' we don't give refunds and he was trying to be nice by offering the 50%. He again became very rude and disrespectful, claiming I just kept changing my story & throwing myself under the bus. My reply to him was that this was no way to treat a customer. Then he hung up on me. All this to say.... DO NOT sign up for a "FREE TRIAL" or purchase any products from this company. Their products may be fine, but be prepared to be abused by their 'customer service' if you're not completely satisfied.

I would report this company to the Better Business Bureau as well. If it's reported there, then others will follow and the sharks that funded this company will need to change their tactics. Just a suggestion.

BAIT AND SWITCH DO NOT BUY

I purchased a trial offer on 8/9/17, paid S/H with my credit card. Within 14 days my account was charged $173.97 for a full supply. The trial sample did not work, was not given a long enough time to work and charged full price for a small sample jar. I have requested a refund to be put back in my account before I notify the State Attorney General's office of this scam. I think all of the MANY negative reviews should get together for a class action suite against this company. I wish I had read he reviews before buying, but being a senior citizen it is sometimes hard to do all the due diligence that should be done when looking and reading on the internet. I truly believe that the company takes advantage of people like me and you to make what I call illegal money for a product that does not work. I do not want anymore Bella Serata product, just my refund. Will not order any more products on line. Respectfully, Anne Blankenship, Colorado Springs, CO

Bellecelle Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I saw the advertisement/story scam for Joel and Victoria Olstein and she was promoting this product. The 14 day free trial for price of shipping only for 4.95 was a trap.

There was no way to notify the company or return the package to get you money back. Then since I didn't return it, was charged $180+ for this product and didn't catch it on the Visa bill. I was sent another shipment in 30 days and charged another $180. Luckily my Wyndom Visa agent helped me connect with the company and I got my money back for the 2nd shipment, but then had to pay a $20 restocking fee.

I did not notice that much of an improvement with my first shipment and it did cost $180 for a product that is a scam.

The Olsteins are now changing their product to Suisse-same scam, different product. PJS in Minneapolis, MN

Bellacelle - Free Trial Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
There is no such thing as a "free" sample but I foolishly thought a sample might be worth the 4.95 and 5.95 shipping charges. I received the so-called samples and quickly discovered 86.95 and 89.95 charges on my credit card! A call to so-called customer service (AKA well-trained scam artists) that those miniscule product amounts were not samples at all! They constitute a 30 day supply. Surprise, surprise! The charges will now recur monthly because I did not "cancel" the unseen, unread, totally NONEXISTENT subscription agreement. The scam artist in customer service insisted the agreement is right there and can be read before clicking AGREE. Right. I have a masters degree in communication and can attest that nowhere in online text, in email confirmations or in material enclosed with the product are their shameful intentions clear. I managed to stop the so-called subscription and get 50% of the overbilling refunded, but the experience was an expensive lesson I hope to share with others: Never order any questionable skincare products online. They will not restore your youth. The only thing they will clear out is your bank account. Go to a reputable department store makeup counter. Try their samples. Buy their products. That way you can look lovely and rest at night, knowing you won't be ripped off!! Finally, how much do these companies pay aging celebrities to endorse their products?

Didn't sign up for recurring billing

I am disabled and do not receive much money per month. When I saw you could try the product for only shipping, I wanted to do so.

My medications make my skin very dry. The full price product overdrew my checking account at Christmas and in January when my daughter had her 18th birthday. I wasn't even able to get her a gift. This is no different than the criminals who *** our checking or debit card information!!

What can you do if you cannot contact them or get them to contact you? I am considering having my bank stop paying this, the fee would be cheaper than the price of the product!

I am also disabled & have had the same problem. I ordered & canceled but I am still getting charged.

Now I can't find a phone number to contact them.

When product comes there is no paper work in the box. Any suggestions?

This company is a scam artist. They advertise using many different company names, and claiming to be sponsored by Shark Tank, Dr.

Oz, Oprah, Ellen etc. They change their name hourly but use the same post office address in Santa Ana Ca.

Absolutely terrible product that does not work - false advertising

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Do not even for a second think to try this. It's a scam. First of all the product does not work at all. You can get a lotion from your local drug store and would do a better job than this product. Second, the whole thing is a scam. They say only shipping and handling charges but automatically sign you for monthly shipments. Cost: $200 for the subsequent shipments. You can cancel but the $200 is gone. What a scam. I am intent to expose these people. These people should be sued and put out of business running such a scam. Don't be fooled by any video or advertising. The videos are edited /photoshopped; not true. Don't be fooled.

I ordered eye cream and skin serum and Nothing in the syrum bottle! It was Empty!

I believe they took our money and ran before we could report them! I'm mad! Then they kept sending and mailing me more and charging me. I need my money for the 2 trial size back!

This don't look good for Dr. Oz either. This is a SCAM! I wonder if he has read these reviews?

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT be taken in by this outrageous ploy.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
BEWARE!!!! Do NOT be taken in by this outrageous ploy. Two products have been advertised on Facebook recently as "free trial - pay shipping only." No, no, no! The products are A) Bellacelle Anti-Aging face creme backed by the TV series Shark Tank and B) Luxurious Skin, founded by Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper TV series. RIP OFF #1: I placed an order for a free Bellacelle face creme. The order process took me immediately to another page offering an additional free trial of their eye creme. There was NO opportunity to say No, thanks. So I continue to the final order page, which lists both items - again no way to say no to the eye creme. So, I shrug, okay. RIP OFF #2: THE BIG ONE! No, I didn't click the button at the bottom of the order screen labeled "Terms and Conditions." Woe is me. That "small print" states that if I do not call them to say I don't like the product within 14 days, they automatically label me as a SUBSCRIBER and BILL ME THE FULL PRICE, a remaining $89!!! Does that sound free to you? AND they will send me the product EVERY MONTH for $92 each month (don't get the free shipping any more). This for a tiny pump bottle that barely lasted four weeks. When the bank fraud alert folks called me to ask if I had authorized these charges, I said no, no way. I called the company. They blatantly said I failed to read the small print which they would send the bank if I asked them to fight it. AND they said I could not return the second shipment which had just gone out. RIP OFF #3: Just two days ago, I ordered another free trial - the Luxurious Skin product. With today's experience I went immediately to their website to check their Terms and Conditions. Exactly the same. They sent the eye creme whether I wanted it or not. They subscribed me. And trust me, I am calling immediately to cancel my "subscription." AND I have to call 2 different numbers, 1 for the skin creme, 1 for the eye creme. Yes, I'm to blame. Guess I just didn't expect "reputable" backers to scam me. Consider yourself blessed by my experience.

Age-Defying Eye Cream/age-Defying Skin Serum

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Paid the postage for free sample. Received the product, does not work.

When I received my credit card statement, there were two unattorized charges, one for $86.95 and another for $89.95. Called my credit card company and they gave me telephone numbers to call Bellacella first. Called Bellacella and they claimed I agreed to the charges, which I did not. After listing to their bull, made sure auto ship was cancelled.

They refused to remove the charges. I called my credit card company back. Now I am in the process of disputing the charges through my credit card company.

Do not order from Bellacella! It is all a scam to seperete you from your money for a product that do-not-work.

Bellacelle Product Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered the free sample and paid for shipping $4.95 and $5.95. To my shock and horror when I received my credit card statement they charged me $86.95 and $89.95.

When Capitol One called the company with me on the line, I found out that they had also charged me over $180.00 for the following month, which I had not even received a statement for. They insisted that there was information when I ordered the product that I needed to contact them within 14 days to cancel automatic reordering. This absolutely was not correct. After much persistence, they canceled the second set of charges and reduced the first set by 35 percent.

So I was still fraudulent charged $113.00. This company is an illegal scam using Joanna Gaines name to create credibility to sell from customers.

Ordered free product of Age-Defying Skin Serum. It came with a free Age-Defying eye cream just for paying for postage.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Then I get a cost on my credit card of $86.95 and 89.95 for the FREE products. I did not give them permission to apply that to my credit card or did I sign up for recurring payments.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY---VERY MISLEADING IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT!!! FREE IS NOT FREE. DO NOT ORDER FROM BELLA CELLE SKIN SERUM - PO BOX 20800, FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA 92728. THIS IS A SCAM.....

I got to talk to a Manager, who agreed to take 35% off, but would not refund the total price charged to my credit card. I had not even opened the product at all and I wanted to send it back. Their policy is not to take refunds for products once shipped unopened or otherwise. The customer service is awful and not customer friendly at all.

These people are stealing money under the cover of a 14 day trial and cheating numerous people out of money.

THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM!!! I am so sorry I fell for it.

The same thing happened to me, no refund on charges I did not authorize. Rude customer service.

I hadn't even opened the samples yet.

when I did the pump on container didn't work. Tough lesson to learn.

The same thing happened to me. A legit company offers a return/refund policy.

This is totally a scam. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I was informed, however, that I am the only complaint thus far and they will not do anything to investigate this company until they receive other complaints indicating that there is a problem. Go to ftc.gov and share your experience.

They will give you a file #. If they a receive enough complaints they will investigate if this company is operating legitimately or not.

What a scam. Did not authorize a subscription service to ship this to me every month for $90+ every month.

Evidently I missed the 14 day limit to cancel after getting the free sample! It was in the Terms and Conditions fine print which if it appeared at all, went away before I had a chance to read it!

Beware, I was charged twice, once for the so-called free sample and again May 1st, (2017), as a continuing subscription! Total scam!!

Trial Offer Serious scam Bellacelle

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
HOW THEY CHEATED ME.: I was on my cell phone using Facebook, when I saw a popup ad to try an Estee Lauder skin restoration cream free. I like Estee Lauder and I clicked on it and saw it was asking for a shipping fee of 4.95 which seemed reasonable. I clicked okay. I got another popup offering an eye serum for another shipping fee of 2.95. I didn’t want that one but there was no way to click no. I went on thinking the next screen would give me a chance to rescind the order. There was none. I was charged both shipping fees. Suddenly my Visa statement read 89.95 and 86.95 for the products. I had not used the products yet so I called and offered to send them back and they said no, because the limit to cancel was 14 days and I was past the limit. I never ONCE saw an indication of a trial offer with a 14 day limit, even on the confirmation e-mail they sent me. The serum appeared to be a sample offer with no obligation They did offer a 35% reduced fee to which I said no and they would not take the unused product back, in fact there is no address to send it back to. I called again and told them I had not yet used the product and could send it back. She refused to give me an address. I still have the return package with the unused product ready to return, but I have yet to find an address. I’m 78 years old. They don’t care whom they cheat.

The same thing happened to me! The terms and conditions are not prominent and if they even do appear at all, they disappear right way.

People do not know they have 14 days to cancel.

They do not know they will be charged $90+ every month after that 14days. They won't take the product back, even though it was not opened!

Stupidly, I fell for this scam. I just received the packake today and for some reason I had an awful feeling once I opened the package.

I looked online and saw all the info. I called immediately to cancel. They want to charge me $9.95 per item to stop the auto ship and then I have to pay to ship the stuff back.

They won't even give me the return address until I pay. Is this correct?

Please don't ever order any creams,pills,make-up or free trial offers again and save yourself the anguish. Almost none of the companies are ethical and the employees at call centers have been raised to believe such amounts of money are easily lost by wealthy Americans living in the Land of Plenty.

Bellecelle Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ordered the trial on two products. Charged $86.95 and $89.95 on credit card. Told I needed to cancel this per their cancellation policy on their site. The rip off is this showed up on my FB as a great deal with nothing stating needing to read policy on their site. Really a true ripoff. Please be careful!!! Their customer service was on the threatening side. Told them I was going to contest this on my charge card. They told me I could not because their terms are clearly stated on their site. Also told them I was reporting them to the BBB, pretty much was told the BBB is aware of how this works and all is on the up and up. Right. Just a real scam!!!!!!!!!
