Ordered trial.Product delivered.

Did not cancel before trial was over. Second ordered delivered IMMEDIATELY. Return To Sender second order IMMEDIATELY. Products began arriving from no-name companies/products with different names not matching what had actually been ordered, or NOT EVEN ORDERED.

When finally realized what was going on, couldn't match up toll-free phone numbers from checking account statement with products. FINALLY, reached 800- number that has the ability to cancel ALL 'subscriptions', and I use the term lightly (which I found very odd), but not before these companies had gotten $584 of my hard-earned money, of which I was only reimbursed approximately $179 and two "free" products after staying on the phone for in excess of two hours on two separate occasions. Who, in their right mind, orders nearly $600 worth of lotion/cream in two months? EXPENSIVE LESSON.

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

SHADY BUSINESS!(Grade F-)

The same thing happened to me.A legit company offers a return/refund policy.

This is totally a scam. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I was informed, however, that I am the only complaint thus far and they will not do anything to investigate this company until they receive other complaints indicating that there is a problem. Go to ftc.gov and share your experience.

They will give you a file #.If they a receive enough complaints they will investigate if this company is operating legitimately or not.
