In April, 2017, I watched a video and ordered FREE samples at the end of the video. All I had to do was give them a card number to pay for shipping and handling.

I was completely unaware that I had to return the product within 14 days of their shipping (note - not 14 days of my receiving the product) the product. I am pretty careful about this type of thing, and I never would have agreed to the shipment had I been fully aware of the details. Next, the company charged my credit card for two $80 dollar charges!!! This was completely unexpected!

There was no paperwork with the package to warn about the timeline. This caused an overcharge on my credit card. They refused to refund my money even though a customer service rep. acknowledged that the "fine print" is difficult for people to see and understand.

They did send me more product for free.

Sadly, the product isn't that great. I guess scamming is their way of getting buyers!
